Mr. and Mrs. Melvin “Sonny” Thierfelder, of Sedalia, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family gathering at their home on April 22.
Jo Ann Arnold and Melvin Thierfelder were married April 29, 1962, at Lamine Baptist Church, by the Rev. William Morton. Florence Arnold, sister of the bride, and Richard Bird, future brother-in-law of the bride, were the witnesses.
