Wilma Rhoads, of Sedalia, celebrated her 95th birthday on Monday with family and friends.
She was born Nov. 5, 1917, in rural Sedalia, a daughter of James Allen and Mary Greer Phillips. Her twin sister, Winifred Ramey, died Aug. 28, 2009. Her brothers, Allen DeWitt Phillips and Robert Irvin Phillips, also died.
