APFL football: Outlaws' Middleton makes quick return from collarbone injury

While It was a rough weekend for the Mid-Missouri Outlaws, who lost 75-10 to the Oklahoma Defenders on Saturday at the Mathewson Exhibition Center, they also received one bit of good news: Their franchise quarterback is healthy.

Not even four weeks removed from a broken collarbone suffered May 20 in the Outlaws’ 39-32 loss at Council Bluffs, Kyle Middleton was given the OK to resume football activities on Friday by team orthopedic surgeon Dr. Ryan K. Edwards.
