Couple’s geisha, classical music adds variety to Joplin festival

One of the highlights of the Scott Joplin Music Festival is seeing performers in traditional 1920s period clothing.

During a Musically Yours set at Maple Leaf Park on Friday afternoon there was one performer who was also dressed in traditional clothing, except instead of a flapper costume or straw hat, she was wearing a Japanese kimono.
