April 13, 2010
March 21, 2010, will, as President Franklin D. Roosevelt said, “Go down in history as a day in infamy.” It’s the day our president got his wish to force socialized medicine down the public’s throat.
Actually, FDR would be proud, since he attempted to get it passed back then. We had a different breed of politicians back then. They wouldn’t even consider it.
Even now, Obama had to use bribe tactics and threaten his party members to barely get it done. I hope the anti-abortion Dems realized the promise of an anti-abortion executive order isn’t worth spit. Executive orders only affect the State Department and the next president can change it.
They knew that, but they were brow-beaten into submission. What Obama wants, Obama will get.
All I can say is hang on. We’re in for a fast, perilous ride into darkness. Here comes amnesty and the rest of his anti-liberty agenda. It’s a toss-up whether our new anthem will be “Deutschland Deutschland uber Alles” or the “Red Army Marching Song.” It won’t be the “Star-Spangled Banner.”
Good-bye liberty, hello dark ages. God forgive us.
