4:07 p.m.: Lonnie R. Thompson, 43, of the 1300 block of East Boonville Street, at the intersection of South Emmet Avenue and East 4th Street, on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and assault.

7:30 a.m.: Between 9 p.m. on Sept. 26 and 7:30 a.m. on Sept. 27, a copper fire pit was stolen from a residence in the 1700 block of South Harrison Avenue.


9:09 a.m.: Between 2 p.m. on Sept. 26 and 9:09 a.m. on Sept. 27, a four-ton Carrier air conditioning unit was stolen from a residence in the 800 block of East 16th Street.

1:11 p.m.: Sandra M. Smith, 46, of Marshall, in Saline County, on charges of driving under the influence of drugs and careless and imprudent driving.


3:36 p.m.: Michael K. Raw, 33, of Sedalia, in Pettis County, on a charge of possession of an unlawful weapon.


3:38 p.m.: Jeremiah Bergman, 28, of Cole Camp, in Pettis County, on a charge of possession of an unlawful weapon.
