Menu for Jan. 14 to 19
Monday: Baked ham, yams, green beans and peach cobbler.
Tuesday: Beef and noodles, posh potato, tomato salad and rocky road dessert.
Wednesday: Grilled chicken, scalloped potatoes, mixed vegetables and chocolate cake.
Thursday: Tuna casserole, parsley potatoes, beets and mixed fruit.
Friday: Pork tenderloin on bun, baked beans, California blend vegetables and cookie.
ĽAll meals are served with milk, roll and butter.
Meals on Wheels is a non-profit organization that delivers meals to seniors, the homebound and citizens with disabilities in Sedalia. Food is prepared by Sedalia Food and Vending and is delivered by volunteers. The cost is $3 per meal. For more information or to become a volunteer, call 826-5039.
