College men’s basketball: Central Oklahoma 69, UCM 67

EDMOND, Okla. — Jamell Cormier hit two free throws with four seconds to play to clinch Central Oklahoma’s 69-67 win at home over Central Missouri. The Bronchos hit 10 3-pointers as they moved to 7-5 in the MIAA.


For the Bronchos, Josh Gibbs had 21 points and pulled down eight rebounds. Cal Andrews added a double-double, scoring 14 points and pulling down 10 rebounds.


For the Mules, Widgett Washington led the way with 16 points and had nine assists. Dominique Long and Charles Hammork each had 13 points.
