Dec. 13


11:39 p.m.: Christopher Raymond Smither, 31, of Sedalia, was arrested at East 10th Street and South Hancock Avenue on charges of failure to wear a seat belt and identity theft.

Dec. 6


10:56 a.m.: A hit-and-run was reported in the 200 block of West Second Street.


Dec. 11


4:35 p.m.: A hit-and-run was reported at a business in the 1400 block of South Limit Avenue.


Dec. 12


8:30 a.m.: A compound bow was reported stolen from a residence in the 1700 block of East Fourth Street on Dec. 6.


12:01 p.m.: A package, worth $62.42, was stolen from outside the front door of an apartment in the 1300 block of South Osage Avenue.


12:41 p.m.: Money was stolen from a purse inside a car in the 1500 block of East Fourth Street.


3:07 p .m.: A victim reported she never recieved the 32” flat panel television, valued at $169.95, she ordered from the Internet. The company confirmed it was delivered Dec. 2.


7:02 p.m.: A vehicle was found with its doors open and another vehicle was found with the keys inside at a business in the 2600 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

8:22 a.m.: A victim reported a hit-and-run occured between 4:45 p.m. Dec. 12 and 7:10 a.m. Dec. 13.

Dec. 10


12:38 p.m.: A rented trailer was not returned to a business in the 21000 block of U.S. 50 Highway.


7:18 p.m.: Unspecified items were stolen from a truck in the 30000 block of Ball Road.


7:58 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2600 block of Martha Lane.

Arrests


Dec. 12


5:06 p.m.: Clint A. Rhinehart, 22, of Knob Noster, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding, failure to register an out-of-state vehicle when a Missouri resident, and no insurance.


6:30 p.m.: Jeremy C. Myers, 35, of Tipton, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license, and no valid license plate.


6:36 p.m.: Dennis L. Dawson, 37, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, and no seat belt.
