This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

July 16


12:11 p.m.: Theft of $52 worth of fuel was reported in the 3000 block of South Limit Avenue.


5:32 p.m.: A motorcycle was reported stolen in the 2800 block of West Broadway Boulevard.


July 17


7:25 a.m.: Theft of $27 in change from a vehicle was reported in the 1800 block of South Ohio Avenue.


10 a.m.: Child endangerment was reported in the 300 block of West Broadway Boulevard.


10:21 a.m.: An air conditioning unit damaged beyond repair was reported in the 1500 block of South Park Avenue.


10:30 a.m.: Theft of $13 worth of fuel was reported stolen from a business in the 3000 block of South Limit Avenue.


10:34 a.m.: A burglary and theft of prescription medication was reported in the 300 block of McNally Court.


1:35 p.m.: A bicycle was reported stolen in the 1700 block of South Osage Avenue.


2:51 p.m.: A set of keys was found in the 400 block of South Marshall Avenue.


3 p.m.: A bicycle was reported stolen in the 600 block of West Sixth Street.


3:11 p.m.: Theft of pliers, a vehicle owner’s manual, insurance card and registration from a vehicle glove box was reported in the 2100 block of Southwest Avenue.


7:38 p.m.: Theft of $23 from a purse was reported in the 2400 block of North Woodlawn Drive.


July 18


6:45 a.m.: Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported as victims told police items were strewn about the car, but nothing was taken from the locked vehicle in the 700 block of East 24th Street.


8:13 a.m.: Tampering with a motor vehicle where items were strewn about but nothing was taken was reported in the 500 block of East 13th Street.
