Allcorn-Lotz wedding

Kathryn Suzanne Allcorn, of Bolivar, and Jared Dean Lotz, of Springfield, were married at 4 p.m. Dec. 20, 2008, at Maplewood Church in Sedalia.
The bride is the daughter of Donald and Brenda Allcorn, of Cole Camp. The groom is the son of Jeff and Cheri Lotz, of Bonne Terre.

Dr. Donald J. Allcorn, grandfather of the bride, and Dr. Eddie Brown conducted the ceremony. Scott Admire, cousin of the bride, was the pianist. Matt Rhodes was a vocalist.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Sara Allcorn, Alyssa Allcorn and Ashton Allcorn, sisters of the bride, was maids of honor. Jordan Liesemeyer was a bridesmaid.

Adam Lotz, brother of the groom, was the best man. Jacob Goeller, Brad Lotz, cousin of the groom, and Tony Melton were groomsmen. Charles Admire and Chris Admire, cousins of the bride, Clay Brandenburgh and Jeremy Logan were ushers.

A rehearsal dinner was held by the groom’s parents Dec. 19 at the church. The reception was also at the church.

The bride, a 2005 graduate of Applewood Christian School, received a bachelor of science degree from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar this month.

The groom, a 2004 graduate of North Saint Francois High School in Bonne Terre, received a bachelor of science degree from SBU in 2008. He is a teacher and assistant golf coach in Ozark.

The couple honeymooned in Branson. They live in Bolivar.
