Lutjen anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Earl Lutjen, of Sedalia, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner reception, held by their children and grandchildren, July 27 at their son’s home in Mora.
Shirley Thomas and Earl Lutjen were married Aug. 1, 1958, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sedalia, by the Rev. David Funk.
Mr. Lutjen retired from the Missouri State Fair. Mrs. Lutjen is also retired.
They have five children, Joseph Lutjen, of Kansas City, Earl Samuel Lutjen, of Mora, Sheryl Camuel Abbey, Dianna Beck and Tina Roquet, all of Sedalia; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The couple request no gifts.
