Sedalia Police Department
Arrests
April 23
9:39 p.m.: Willie B. Carter, 58, of Knob Noster, on a charge of harassment.

12:10 a.m.: Philip K. Breining, 53, of Elm Hills Mobile Home Park, on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license, driving without insurance, failure to signal and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

9 p.m.: Benito Rodrigues, 34, of the 1300 block of South Carr Avenue, on charges of loud noise and disturbing the peace.

Incidents
April 23
9:09 a.m.: Letters, numbers and inappropriate images were spray painted on a 1987 GMC box truck at West 10th Street and South Ohio Avenue.

April 22
7:30 p.m.: A wallet was reported stolen from the parking lot of Best Western State Fair Inn at 3120 S. Limit Ave.

11:50 a.m.: A license plate was stolen from a car parked on the 2400 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

April 21
12:25 p.m.: The phone lines were cut at the U.S. Navy Recruiting and U.S. Marine Corps Recruiting offices at the State Fair Shopping Center on the 1400 block of South Limit Avenue.

10:25 a.m.: A white 1994 Lincoln Continental Town Car was stolen while it was parked at Sedalia Auto Wholesale at 16000 Highway 50 in La Monte.

La Monte Police Department
Arrests
April 23
12:45 a.m.: Ruben R. Reyes, 37, of the 100 block of West Olive Avenue in La Monte, on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Missouri State Highway Patrol

1:29 a.m.: Quinton A. Johnson, 31, of the 500 block of East Fourth Street, on  charges of driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.
