Arrests
•Alice Jane Barnes, 20, of the 1300 block of South Moniteau Avenue, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Monday at Wal-Mart on a charge of shoplifting, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.


•David Dwayne Patterson, 45, of Wichita, Kan., was arrested at 9:57 a.m. Monday at West 16th Street and South Grand Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.


•Shane Steven Ruth, 19, of the 800 block of West 11th Street, were arrested at 5:15 p.m. Monday at Westwood Drive and Leroy Van Dyke Drive on a charge of driving with a revoked license, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.


•Justin Charles Jett, 30, of Warrensburg, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Monday at the Johnson County Jail on a Pettis County warrant on a charge of second-degree domestic assault, according to Pettis County Sheriff’s Department reports.


•Randy Moore, 45, of the 1300 block of East Fourth Street, turned himself in at 3:40 p.m. Monday at the Pettis County Jail on a Pettis County warrant on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender, according to Sheriff’s Department reports.


•Armando Diego Molina, 32, of Mora, was arrested at 7:40 a.m. Monday at state routes KK and M on a charge of driving while intoxicated, according to Pettis County Sheriff’s Department reports.


•Antonio Marcos Quetzecua, 19, of the 1800 block of South Prospect Avenue, was arrested at 2:32 p.m. Monday at Roadway Mini Mart on a charges of driving while intoxicated and minor in possession, according to Pettis County Sheriff’s Department reports.

Hit and Run
William Hering, of La Monte, reported that at 8:10 a.m. Monday he was struck by a vehicle backing out of a parking space at The Sedalia Democrat, 700 S. Massachusetts Ave., according to Sedalia Police Department reports. Hering said he was standing at the edge of the street waiting for traffic to clear before crossing when the vehicle struck the back of his legs, causing him to fall across the truck. Hering got the driver’s attention, but displayed an obscene gesture and drove away, reports stated.

Property Damage
•Alga R. Justice, of 324 Hill Ave., reported Monday his car lock and window shutter on his home were damaged, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.


•Brent Carter, of 2805 Brookview Ave., reported Sunday his truck was vandalized overnight, according to Pettis County Sheriff’s Department reports.


•Melody Sloma, of Alexander Road, reported Monday two tires were flattened on her mother’s vehicle, according to Pettis County Sheriff’s Department reports.


•Jennifer Woodson, of 1316 S. Stewart Ave., reported Sunday overnight her car was ransacked and the lid to the console was torn off, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.


•Officers found several vehicles at 2:20 a.m. Sunday in the 500 block of Dal-Whi-Mo Road ransacked with open doors, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

Burglary
•Greg Kirby, of Ray’s Auto Sales, 2600 W. Broadway Blvd., reported Monday over the weekend the business was broken into and a box of vehicle titles were stolen, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.


•Oleg Razumovsky, of 3098 S. New York Ave., reported Sunday his home was burglarized, according to Pettis County Sheriff’s Department reports.
