Feb. 5

2 p.m.: Jeovany Marimon, 39, of the 400 block of South Park Avenue, at West Fourth Street and South Kentucky Avenue, on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

8:04 p.m.: Amy Johnson, 25, of Warrensburg, at West Main Street and Industrial Drive, on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

8:23 p.m.: Arlando C. Staten, 59, of Kansas City, at North Missouri Avenue and West Cooper Street, on charges of driving with a suspended license, burglary, property damage and careless driving.

Incidents
Feb. 5

10:40 a.m.: A bicycle was found in the backyard of a residence in the 900 block of South Missouri Avenue.

1:05 p.m.: A child’s bicycle was stolen from a residence in the 1300 block of West Fourth Street.

1:23 p.m.: Part of a wall fell into a residence in the 400 block of North Engineer Avenue, causing an unknown amount of structural damage.

3:07 p.m.: Items valued at $100.43 were stolen from a business in the 4400 block of Wisconsin Avenue.

6:25 p.m.: A dog was being aggressive and chasing a resident in the 500 block of East 10th Street.

Feb. 6
12:13 p.m.: A vehicle’s trunk and hood were scratched while it was parked in the 400 block of West Albright Court.

1:58 p.m.: A newspaper box and metal pole were broken in the 24000 block of Oak Grove Lane.

Feb. 5

8:35 a.m.: Jamie Valney, 24, of Eugene, Ore., in Saline County, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to provide a driver’s license.

9:35 p.m.: Terrence P. Edwards, 64, of Marshall, in Saline County, on charges of driving while intoxicated and no license plate lamp.

10:47 p.m.: Jonathan M. Limback, 33, of Warrensburg, in Johnson County, on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right side of the road.

10:50 p.m.: Theresa K. Pendergrass, 40, of Mount Vernon, in Henry County, on charges including possession of a controlled substance, felony forgery, driving with a revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

11:35 p.m.: William E. Kramme, 49, of Mount Vernon, in Henry County, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

11:40 p.m.: Paula S. Dulaney, 46, of Billings, in Henry County, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Feb. 6
5:10 a.m.: Benjamin E. Irwin, 23, of Versailles, in Morgan County, on charges of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, careless and imprudent driving and no seat belt.
