Nov. 14
4:04 p.m.: Jesse Smith, 18, of the 100 block of South Quincy Avenue, in the 100 block of West Third Street on charges of stealing, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nov. 15
7:54 p.m.: Robert G. Fox Jr., 35, of the McVey Road, at East Second Street and South Massachusetts Avenue on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Nov. 16
12:26 a.m.: Terry R. Johnson, 38, of the 900 block of East Third Street, in the 2100 block of South Limit Avenue on a charge of stealing and trespassing.
Incidents
Nov. 12
3:40 p.m.: A tire was slashed and fender dented while the vehicle was parked at Wal-Mart.
1 a.m.: Prescription medication was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 600 block of East 13th Street.
Nov. 15
11:13 p.m.: A man let three strangers into his home in the 2000 block of East Sixth Street to use the telephone, and noticed his wallet missing after they left. The wallet contained $225 cash, among other items.
6:15 a.m.: A padlock from a gate at the Missouri State Fair on Clarendon Road was broken.
5:30 a.m.: A truck parked in the 1600 block of South Monroe Avenue was struck by another vehicle and the driver left.
10:35 a.m.: A vehicle parked in the 100 block of East Fourth Street was struck by another vehicle and the driver left.
6:51 p.m.: A home in the 300 block of West Seventh Street was broken into and an assortment of hand and power tools were stolen.

10:17 a.m.: Four windows on a building in the 1300 block of Spring Street were broken.

Nov. 15
12:06 a.m.: Wesley J. Howe, 26, of Sedalia, on a charge of driving while intoxicated and for a felony warrant out of Miller County.
4:06 p.m.: Allen Singeuo, 21, of Sedalia, on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, driving while intoxicated, tampering with a motor vehicle and careless and imprudent driving causing an accident.
