Nov. 25
3 a.m.: Devin L. Montgomery, 40, of the 900 block of South Vermont Avenue, in the 900 block of East Sixth Street on a charge of third-degree assault.

4:09 a.m.: Bruce L. Fizer, 22, of the 2100 block of West 11th Street, in the 600 block of East 14th Street on a charge of first-degree sexual misconduct.

Nov. 23
2 p.m.: A man interrupted two burglars in the 500 block of East Chestnut Street who were tearing up walls in an attempt to steal copper wiring.

9 a.m.: A home in the 500 block of West Pettis Street was burglarized.

Nov. 24
11:45 a.m.: A vehicle window was broken and stereo damaged while the vehicle was parked in the 300 block of South Lamine Avenue.

12:05 p.m.: A vehicle parked in the 1700 block of East Broadway Boulevard was struck by another vehicle and the driver left.

12:30 p.m.: A key was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Winchester Drive.

6:30 a.m.: An MP3 player and an Ipod were stolen from a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Winchester Drive.

8 a.m.: A vehicle dolly was stolen from the 3100 block of South Limit Avenue.

12:22 p.m.: A push lawn mower was stolen from the 400 block of East Harvey Street.

10 p.m.: A XM satellite radio was stolen from the 1600 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

Nov. 25
2:17 a.m.: An officer chased a vehicle that refused to stop from North Quincy Avenue and West Morgan Street to the city limits at North Ohio Avenue and Missouri Avenue.

1:24 a.m.: A GPS device and a MP3 player were stolen from a vehicle parked in the 900 block of West Fourth Street.

11:30 p.m.: A side mirror was pulled off a vehicle parked in the 1000 block of West 10th Street.

5:02 a.m.: The front door of a home in the 1200 block of South Lamine Avenue was kicked in.

7:50 p.m.: Tools were stolen form a vehicle parked on Albright Court.

6:25 a.m.: A side mirror was broken off a vehicle parked in the 700 block of West 10th Street.

3 a.m.: A Kenwood car stereo valued at $400 was stolen from a vehicle parked on the 4200 block of Green Circle.

6:42 a.m.: Deputies responded to a vehicle on fire at 21536 Palmer Road. The cause of the fire is undetermined, and the investigation is ongoing.

5:02 p.m.: Timothy L. Boothe, 43, of Carrollton, on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
