Arrests
Nov. 26
1:13 a.m.: William Darcell Ballance, 34, of the 1900 block of South Harrison Avenue, and Shawn D. Clark, 30, of the 500 block of West Fourth Street, in the 100 block of West Main Street each on a charge of peace disturbance. Ballance also faces a charge of resisting arrest.

Nov. 30
5:42 p.m.: Nickey Joe Hargett, 37, of Windsor, at Wal-Mart on a charge of stealing.

1:05 p.m.: A pickup window was shot with a BB while it was parked in the 800 block of East 13th Street.

7:56 p.m.: A man took several pre-paid cell phones from Family Dollar, 612 S. Hancock Ave. An employee followed the man outside the store and the suspect pointed a knife at the employee then ran away.

10:34 p.m.: A vehicle parked in the 800 block of East Broadway Boulevard was struck by another vehicle and the driver left.

11:17 p.m.: Two windows on a home in the 1800 block of South Stewart Avenue were broken.

4:54 p.m.: Copper wire was stolen during a break-in at a home on the 21800 block of Cloney Road.

5:25 p.m.: A resident of the 700 block of East 11th Street reported his identity was used without his permission.
