2:36 a.m.: Derek J. Vanhook, 23, of the 1800 block of South Grand Avenue, at West Broadway Boulevard and South Harrison Avenue, on charges of burglary, domestic assault and violation of an ex parte order.

Jan. 23

Noon: An apartment in the 200 block of West Seventh Street was forced into.

3:20 p.m.: $6.66 worth of gas was stolen from a business in the 1600 block of East Broadway Boulevard.

5:12 p.m.: A diamond was switched in a ring that was taken in for repair to a business in the 3100 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

5:15 p.m.: An apartment in the 600 block of East 10th Street was forced into.

7 p.m.: A car title was stolen from a residence in the 600 block of South Barrett Avenue.

9:42 p.m.: Casey W. Lucas, 26, of Oak Grove, in Johnson County, on charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding and having a warrant for his arrest out of Macon County.
