Jan. 25
2:28 a.m.:
Joseph P. Kennedy, 44, of the 600 block of Highland Avenue, at Fifth Street and Thompson Avenue, on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Jan. 28
8:33 a.m.:
Charles R. Cass, 50, of the 19900 block of West 32nd Street, at 11th Street and Beacon Avenue, on a charge of second-degree sexual misconduct.

Incidents
Jan. 26
1:30 p.m.:
A home in the 700 block of East 10th Street was entered through a window. Meats, cheese, milk and soda were stolen from a deep freezer and a refrigerator.
5 p.m.: A garage was spray-painted with gang graffiti in the 1300 block of East 12th Street.

Jan. 27
12:01 a.m.:
A stereo was stolen from a vehicle and the dash was damaged in the 600 block of South Bartlett Avenue.
2:23 p.m.: A fence was spray-painted with gang graffiti in the 1300 block of South Engineer Avenue.
3:16 p.m.: A shed was spray-painted with gang graffiti in the 1300 block of East 15th Street.

Jan. 28
9 a.m.:
A home was burglarized in the 100 block of East Johnson Street. A fish tank was destroyed and a flat-screen TV, carpet and five pairs of sneakers were damaged. The damage was estimated at $2,000.

Jan. 27
5 p.m.:
Amy L. Wyatt, 34, of Syracuse, in Cole County, on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Jan. 28
12:52 a.m.:
Michael J. Fagan, 29, of Warrensburg, in Johnson County, on charges of driving while intoxicated, no front license plate and no insurance.
11:55 a.m.: Michael R. Hayes, 30, of California, Mo., in Miller County, on charges of driving while suspended and no seat belt.
