Feb. 14

7:05 p.m.: Alexis D. Powers, 19, of Calhoun, in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:05 p.m.: Don Higginbotham, 18, of Calhoun, in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

8:27 p.m.: Voncil E. Webb, 39, of the 200 block of West Morgan Avenue, at West Main Street and South Dundee Avenue, on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

Feb. 15
1:29 p.m.: Brian K. Johnson Jr., 24, of the 400 block of West Sixth Street, at West Sixth Street and South Missouri Avenue, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Incidents
Feb. 13

2:09 p.m.: An unauthorized credit card was opened in the name of a resident in the 900 block of East 10th Street.

Feb. 14
10:05 a.m.: A trailer valued at $200 was stolen from a property in the 500 block of South Engineer Avenue.

1:30 p.m.: Two PS3 games were stolen from a residence in the 800 block of East 14th Street.

5:30 p.m.: Wire was stolen from a truck while it was parked in the 3600 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

7:12 p.m.: Two cases of soda valued at $20 were stolen from a residence in the 1600 block of South Missouri Avenue.

Feb. 15
1:52 a.m.: A cellphone was stolen from a residence in the 900 block of East Third Street.

Arrests
Feb. 14

5:26 p.m.: Roger C. Henderson, of Holden, in Johnson County, on charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right side of the road and failure to provide registration.

Feb. 15
12:30 a.m.: Steven J. Hammerly, 53, of California, Mo., in Moniteau County, on charges of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
