Feb. 20
2:18 p.m.: Andre L. Ward, 26, of the 500 block of South Kentucky Avenue, at West 16th Street and South Barrett Avenue, on a charge of driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Feb. 22
5:10 a.m.: Karis A. Page, 31, of the 1100 block of South Moniteau Avenue, at West 12th Street and South Moniteau Avenue, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
9:01 a.m.: James C. Edwards, 51, of the 1100 block of West Third Street, in the 3300 block of West Broadway Boulevard, on a charge of driving with a revoked license.
Incidents
Feb. 21
8:23 a.m.: Sometime between 3 p.m. Feb. 15 and 8 a.m. Feb. 21, a computer and monitor valued at $800; a heater valued at $300; two 18-gallon totes with various jewelry-making equipment valued at $2,000; a radio valued at $80, an electric drill valued at $50, and a wooden crate with various tools, were stolen from a residence in the 100 block of East Walnut Street.
9:34 a.m.: A red, 1997 Ford Ranger, which was stolen from Marshall, was found abandoned in the 200 block of South Stewart Avenue.
1 p.m.: A front license plate was stolen from a vehicle while it was parked on the 2300 block of West Main Street.
1:24 p.m.: A stolen license plate from Columbia was found at West Fifth Street and South Barrett Avenue.
6:23 p.m.: Medication was stolen from a residence in the 400 block of East 17th Street between 4 and 5 p.m. Feb. 21.
10:15 p.m.: Several unspecified items were stolen from a vehicle while it was parked in the 1700 block of South Summit Avenue.
Feb. 22
3:30 a.m.: A phone valued at $400 was stolen from a residence in the 400 block of East Seventh Street.

1:45 p.m.: A juvenile hit a Sheriff’s deputy while attempting to run away from him on Fourth Street.
