Boonslick Library to mark National Gaming Day

Boonslick Regional Library in Sedalia is planing to join hundreds of libraries from across the nation Saturday for the second annual “National Gaming Day @ your library” celebration.
The library is planning to offer special gaming programs and events suitable for the whole family, a news release said.
“Libraries are becoming family destinations and are continuously offering new formats and innovative programs and services that educate, entertain and expand interaction with their users,” Linda Allcorn, Boonslick Regional Library director, said.
The Sedalia branch of the Boonslick Regional Library, 219 W. Third St., invites everyone to come and play different games. Board games, as well as Xbox360 and Wii games, will be available.
