Lawrence R. Bradley, Sedalia
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Lawrence R. Bradley, 77, of Sedalia, died Saturday, June 7, 2008, at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia.
He was born Jan. 1, 1931, in Pattonsburg, a son of Ralph and Elnora Burton Bradley. On Feb. 17, 1951, in Chillicothe, he was married to Roberta Wiseman, who survives of the home.
He was a 1951 graduate of Chillicothe High School. He was superintendent of the electrical department for CMU for 41 years. He was a member of the First Christian Church, in Chillicothe. He was a past president of the local Diabetes Club.
He is also survived by a son, Randy Bradley and his wife, Teresa, of Aurora, Colo.; three daughters, Beth Bradley and Connie Sue Bradley, both of Sedalia, and Elizabeth April Bradley, of Independence; a brother, Garland Bradley, of Minneapolis; five grandchildren, Scott Bradley, of Hallsville, Brook Warren, Britt Krueger and Phillip Bradley, all of Aurora, Colo., and Natalya Bradley, of Independence; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a brother, William Bradley; and a sister, Jeanette Winscher.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Lindley Funeral Home, in Chillicothe. No family visitation is scheduled. Friends may call from noon to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Edgewood Cemetery, in Chillicothe.
