Meyer-Reynolds wedding

Morgan Leann Meyer and Joseph James Reynolds, both of Redlands, Calif., were married at 5:30 p.m. June 7 at the Uptown Theater in Kansas City.

The bride is the daughter of James and Rhonda Meyer, of Otterville. The groom is the son of Charles and Deborah Reynolds, of Biloxi, Miss.

The Rev. Jerry Wilkes conducted the ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Amber Meyer, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Tanya Montez and Dana Meyer, cousins of the bride, Nicole Leftridge and Andrea Prouty were bridesmaids. Haley Reynolds, niece of the groom, was the flower girl.

Jason Reynolds, brother of the groom, was the best man. Travis Moore, cousin of the groom, Justin Brower, Ike Hartford and Mark Johnston were groomsmen. Garrett Dowdy, cousin of the bride, was a candlelighter. Frank Diefendorf, Johnnie Twyman, Justin Twyman, Jonathan Seifert and Preston Seifert, cousins of the bride, were ushers.

A rehearsal dinner was held June 6 at the Westport Flea Market in Kansas City. The reception was at the Uptown Theater.

The bride, a 1999 graduate of Otterville High School, received a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002. She received a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Kansas in 2006. She is an operations support manager at Payless ShoeSource in Redlands, Calif.

The groom, a 1996 graduate of Manhattan High School in Manhattan, Kan., received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Kansas State University in 2002. He is a PeopleSoft developer at Agua Caliente Casino in Palm Springs, Calif.

The couple honeymooned in the Fiji Islands. They live in Redlands.
