Winstead-Christensen engagement

Hank and Carol Taber, of Sweet Springs, announce the engagement of their daughter, Samantha Renee Winstead, to Kyle Robert Christensen. He is the son of John and Roberta Christensen, of Sweet Springs.
The future bride, a 2005 graduate of Miami Yoder High School in Rush, Colo., is an assistant manager at Casey’s General Store in Sweet Springs.
The future groom, a 1998 graduate of Sweet Springs High School, served in the Army for four years. He was stationed in several places including Germany. He then served in the National Guard for four years and went to Iraq. He works at Tyson’s in Concordia.
An Oct. 17 wedding is planned at the Assembly of God Church in Sweet Springs.
