Cromley celebrates 80th birthday

Sue Cromley, of Sedalia, celebrated her 80th birthday with a family dinner, held by her children, Saturday at the home of Don and Ellen Cable.

She was born Sept. 30, 1928, in Carrollton. She was married to Glen J. Cromley, who died earlier.

She is retired. She enjoys taking care of her great-grandchildren, reading and watching football.

She has six children, Glen Lee, Phil Cromley, Ken Cromley, Ellen Cable and Carolyn Starke, all of Sedalia, and David Cromley, of Sugar Grove, Ill.; 23 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
