Students receive college degrees

Students attending the following colleges and universities received the following degrees.


Baker University in Baldwin, Kan.: Jenna Simmons, of Windsor, received a master’s degree in business administration.


Beloit College in Beloit, Wis.: Elizabeth Makarewicz, of Sedalia, graduated magna cum laude. She received a bachelor of arts degree in Spanish and anthropology.


Central Methodist University, Sedalia campus:


•Lena Menning, of Stover, earned a bachelor of science in education, with an emphasis in early childhood education.


•Sarah Guier, of Sedalia, earned a bachelor of accountancy.


•Elizabeth Myers, of Sedalia, earned a bachelor of science in interdisciplinary studies.


•Kady Altis, of Sedalia, earned a bachelor of science in psychology.


•Kelley Bergman, of Sedalia, earned a bachelor of science in psychology.


•Holly Andrews, of Sedalia, earned a bachelor of science in education, with an emphasis in early childhood education.

Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Fla.: Kathryn Haulotte, of Sedalia, received a bachelor of arts degree from the college of education.


Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa: Carol Faulhaber, of Sedalia, received a master of science degree in agricultural and biosystems engineering.
