Students receive college degrees

Students attending the following colleges and universities received the following degrees.

Baker University in Baldwin, Kan.: Jenna Simmons, of Windsor, received a master’s degree in business administration.

Beloit College in Beloit, Wis.: Elizabeth Makarewicz, of Sedalia, graduated magna cum laude. She received a bachelor of arts degree in Spanish and anthropology.

Central Methodist University, Sedalia campus:

Creighton University in Omaha, Neb.: Hillary Jackson, of Sedalia, received a doctor of pharmacy degree.

Drury University in Springfield: Alyssa Allcorn, of Cole Camp, graduated summa cum laude. She received a bachelor of arts degree  in international political studies with an emphasis in Middle East studies, religion and global studies.

Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Fla.: Kathryn Haulotte, of Sedalia, received a bachelor of arts degree from the college of education.

Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa: Carol Faulhaber, of Sedalia, received a master of science degree in agricultural and biosystems engineering.
