Rush celebrates 95th

Verma Rush, of Warsaw, will celebrate her 95th birthday with a party, held by her grandchildren, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 5 at 15076 state Route 7, west end of the mile-long bridge.
She was born July 4, 1913, in Colorado.
She was a housewife, who operated a small gas station for several years. She has been active in several clubs. She enjoys gardening, sewing, making new friends and spending time with family.
She has four grandchildren, Patty Tatum Hazel and David Tatum, both of Warsaw, Shirley White, of Virginia, and Lori Taylor, of Brookfield; five great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. She had a daughter, the late Pat Tucker.
