Edwards wedding
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Stacey Elizabeth Brooks, of Smithton, and Josh Patrick Edwards, of Capron, Va., were married at 11 a.m. June 28 in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
The bride is the daughter of Larry and Jeanie Brooks, of Smithton. The groom is the son of Tye and Katie Edwards, of Capron.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents.
Heather Allen was the matron of honor.
Tye Edwards was the best man.
A reception will be held Aug. 3 at the home of the bride’s parents.
The bride, a 1997 graduate of Smithton High School, received a bachelor of science degree in animal science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2000. She received a master of science degree in animal science from MU in 2003. She is an account manager for Agri Stats in Fort Wayne, Ind.
The groom, a 1996 graduate of Franklin High School in Franklin, Va., received a bachelor of science in agricultural and applied economics from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va., in 2001. He received a master of science in agricultural and applied economics from Virginia Tech in 2003. He is an analyst at Agri Stats in Fort Wayne.
The couple honeymooned in Jamaica. They live in Columbia City, Ind.
