Franklin anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Chris Franklin, of Neosho Rapids, Kan., observed their 15th wedding anniversary on Dec. 14.
Michelle Foote and Chris Franklin were married Dec. 14, 1996, at East Sedalia Baptist Church, by the Rev. Wayne Isgriggs.
Mr. Franklin works for Emporia State University in Emporia, Kan. Mrs. Franklin works for the Emporia State University Archives.
They have three children, Matthew Franklin, William Franklin and Michael Franklin, all of Neosho Rapids.
