Widows-Hintenach engagement

Heidi Devon Widows, of Guymon, Okla., and Thomas Joseph Hintenach announcement their engagement.

The future bride is the daughter of Rick and Becky Hilliard, of Guymon, and the late Gilbert P. Widows. The future groom is the son of Vikki and Duard Swope, of Warrensburg.

The future bride, a 2001 graduate of Guymon High School, is in the Army and is stationed at Fort Leavenworth, Kan. She is an S-6 and works on the help desk and is a fiber optic installer technician.

The future groom, a 1997 graduate of Leeton High School, is attending Columbia College online. He is a quality control technician for the Army and is stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base. He is a first sergeant with Charlie Company.

An Oct. 13, 2012, wedding is planned at First Baptist Church in Platte City.
