Golden celebrates 80th birthday

William O. Golden, of Sedalia, will celebrate his 80th birthday with a party, hosted by Charlene and Danny Coke, at 2 p.m. Sunday at 642 E. Ninth St.
He was born July 28, 1928, in Davenport, Iowa. He is married to Carmel Golden.
He is a Navy veteran. He enjoys fixing cars and houses.
He has three children, Carla Callaghan, of Minneapolis, Marguerite Bright, of Aurora, Colo., and Charlene Coke, of Sedalia; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
