Gordons to celebrate 80th birthdays

Donald Gordon and Viola Gordon, of Sedalia, will celebrate their 80th birthdays with a lunch, hosted by their children, from noon to 4 p.m. Oct. 11 at St. Paul’s Lutheran School Gymnasium.
Donald Gordon was born Sept. 22, 1928, in Jefferson City. Viola Gordon was born Oct. 22, 1928, in Jefferson City.
Donald is a retired insurance agent and farmer. Viola is a homemaker.
They have three children, Sarah Gordon, of Jefferson City, and Timothy Gordon and Donna Plummer, both of Sedalia; and six grandchildren.
