Randy and Gloria Klein, of Mora, announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Klein, of Mora, to Jonathan Close, of Green Ridge. He is the son of Mike and Terrie Close, of Green Ridge.
The future bride, a 2003 graduate of Smithton High School, received a bachelor of science degree in agricultural technology from the University of Central Missouri in 2008. She is a vet assistant at Sedalia Vet Center.
The future groom, a 2002 graduate of Green Ridge High School, received an associate degree in general agriculture from State Fair Community College in 2005. He is a shipper for WireCo World Group in Sedalia.
A Sept. 19 wedding is planned at St. Patrick Church in Sedalia.
