Heimsoth-Ahnen wedding

Courtney Lynn Heimsoth and Jeffrey D. Ahnen, both of Springfield, were married at 5 p.m. June 28 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cole Camp.

The bride is the daughter of Kim and Valerie Heimsoth, of Cole Camp. The groom is the son of Dr. Kenneth and Marge Sullivan, of Cape Girardeau, and Dennis and Connie Ahnen, of Sedalia.

The Rev. Todd Kollbaum conducted the ceremony and was a vocalist.

Diane Brockman was the organist.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Jessica Viets, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor. Emily Harnacker, Jenny Harris, Lindsey Early, Katie Cash, niece of the groom, and Shanea Viets, cousin of the bride, were bridesmaids. Kirstyn Miller, niece of the groom, was the flower girl. Jarett and Chad Reusch, cousins of the bride, were candlelighters.

Matt Ahnen, brother of the groom, was the best man. Justin Jenkins, Adam Norblad, Brad Shackelford, Brandon Acker, cousin of the groom, and James Cash, nephew of the groom, were groomsmen. Sam Cash, nephew of the groom, was the ring bearer. Steve Penn and Tom Gravemann were ushers.

The bride, a 2003 graduate of Cole Camp High School, received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Missouri State University in 2007. She is a registered nurse at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.

The groom, a 2003 graduate of Cole Camp High School, received a bachelor of science degree in business management from Missouri State University in 2007. He works at Timeline Recruiting in Springfield.

The couple plan to take honeymoon later this fall. They live in Springfield.
