Harlan anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Robert D. Harlan, of Green Ridge, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception, hosted by their children, from 2 to 5 p.m. Dec. 19 at the Green Ridge Community Center.
Mary Hayes and Robert D. Harlan were married Dec. 19, 1959, at Range Line Presbyterian Church in Houstonia, by the Rev. William Robb.
Mr. and Mrs. Harlan are both retired.
They have two children, R.D. Harlan, of Green Ridge, and Debra Spiess, of South Bend, Ind.; and five grandchildren.
Friends and relatives are invited to the celebration. The couple request no gifts.
