Beth and Chris Hay, of California, became the parents of a son, Connor Edgar, born Jan. 18, 2010, in Tracy, Calif.
He weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces.
The maternal grandparents are Marvin and Esther Bremer, of Sedalia.
The paternal grandmother is Marsha Roberts, of Newberry, Calif. Elisa Hay is the big sister.
