Two women injured in Henry County rollover crash

Two women were injured Friday in a rollover crash in Henry County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.

Passenger Brandelyn R. Wittmeyer, 20, of Kearney, was airlifted to St. Luke’s East hospital in Lee’s Summit with serious injuries, troopers reported.

The driver of the vehicle, 38-year-old Warsaw resident Reanne L. Holloway suffered moderate injuries in the accident and was taken to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton for treatment.

Holloway was driving east on state Route Z near SE 331 Road just after 9:30 p.m. Friday when she lost control of her vehicle and drove off the roadway, according to the Highway Patrol report. The vehicle struck a ditch and overturned.

Troopers said neither occupant was wearing a seat belt.

The Highway Patrol reported charges are pending in the ongoing crash investigation.

Information is taken from preliminary Missouri State Highway Patrol reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved.
