Shawn and Sean Huggans, of Rocheport, became the parents of a daughter, Madeline Rose, born July 31, 2008, at Columbia Hospital
She weighed 7 pounds.
The maternal grandparents are Gary and Patsy Frisch, of Rocheport.
The maternal great-grandmother is Stella Frisch, of Lincoln.
The paternal grandmother is Karen Huggans, of Columbia.
