Jan. 23 Police Reports

•William B. Kitarogers, 19, of the 2500 block of Wing Avenue, and Lindsey L. Wallace, 24, address unknown, were arrested about 10 a.m. Thursday at Breaktime, 808 E. Broadway Blvd., according to Sedalia Police Department reports. Kitarogers was charged with possession of marijuana, and Wallace faces a charge of fugitive from out of state. The Kansas Department of Corrections had issued a parole violation warrant for Wallace’s arrest.

•Robert L. Brandkamp Jr., 26, of Clarinda Circle, was arrested at 4 p.m. Thursday on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license, according to Pettis County Sheriff's Department reports.

•Travis F. Hankins, 22, of Windsor, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. Thursday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia, according to Pettis County Sheriff's Department reports.

•Andrew P. Kushnir, 29, of the 300 block of East Tenth Street, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. Thursday on a charge of stealing, according to Pettis County Sheriff's Department reports.

•Fred W. Butler, 46, of Nelson, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. Thursday on a charge of passing a bad check, according to Pettis County Sheriff's Department reports.

•Craig Johnson, of the 28400 block of Griessen Road, was arrested at 3:43 p.m. Thursday on charges of forgery and stealing, according to Pettis County Sheriff's Department reports.

Theft
•Raymond McNeeley, 1309 S. Park Ave., reported Thursday a Fisher Price doll stroller valued at $30 was stolen from his truck, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.
