Kansas doctor joins Sedalia clinic

Dr. Richard King has joined BackBone Health, a multi-disciplinary wellness clinic in Sedalia.

King earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College, where he graduated with honors and received the Clinic Excellence Award. He also holds a bachelor of arts from Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paula, Calif., according to a news release from BackBone Health.

King is pursuing his diplomate degree from the American Board of Chiropractic Internists.

He focuses on natural health approaches to internal disorders, and concentrates on nutritional counseling and modification for healthy living, as well as chiropractic care. He is accepting new patients.

King moved to Sedalia from Overland Park, Kan., with his wife, Caroline, and their four children.  

The clinic is at 910 Thompson Blvd.
