Lietzke to celebrate 96th birthday

Donald W. Lietzke, of Versailles, will observe his 96th birthday with a reception and open house on Dec. 6 at the Hunter Civic Center in Versailles.
He was born Dec. 6, 1913, in Parsons, Kan. He was married for 65 years to Juanita Hunter Lietzke, who died in 1999.
He has four sons, Jack Lietzke, of Lincoln; Ferd Lietzke, of California, Mo.; Joe Lietzke, of Versailles; and Stephen Lietzke, of Goodyear, Ariz.; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Cards are welcome but the family requests no gifts.
