United Way to kick-off with luncheon

The Sedalia-Pettis County United Way will have its kick-off luncheon at noon Thursday at the First Christian Church fellowship hall at 200 S. Limit Ave.
The board of directors will be hosting and serving the luncheon for members of the business, industrial and professional community. The luncheon is open to anyone who wants to put together a United Way campaign in a workplace.
The theme for this year's campaign is “Neighbor to Neighbor — The United Way.” The United Way Campaign runs from the Kick-Off Thursday through October.
