Jonathan and Dana Mulch

Utlaut-Mulch wedding

Dana Utlaut, of Sedalia, and Jonathan Mulch, of Carrollton, were married at 6 p.m. April 18 at St. Patrick Church in Sedalia.

The bride is the daughter of Don and Janie Utlaut, of Sedalia. The groom is the son of Bob and Linda Mulch, of Carrollton.

The Rev. Linus Evers conducted the ceremony. Joyce Woolery was the organist and Dennis Clemens was the guitarist.

Kalyn Davidson was a vocalist and the matron of honor. Cathy Utlaut and Terri Moore, sisters of the bride, Sarah Kate Dover, Janine Kluckhohn, Megan Shumate and Lisa Peterson were bridesmaids. Edyn Mulch, niece of the groom, was the flower girl. Heidi Kee and Juli Jarret were readers.

Brad Hemmer was the best man. Nathan Mulch and Michael Mulch, brothers of the groom, Craig Dieso, Kyle McBee, Doug Stevens and Kyle Lavelock were groomsmen. Kylar Mulch, nephew of the groom, was the junior groomsman. Joshua Moore, nephew of the bride, was the ring bearer. Brody Mulch, nephew of the groom, was the honorary ring bearer. Gary Utlaut, brother of the bride, Bryce Irvin and Blake Riley were ushers.

A rehearsal dinner was held by the groom’s parents at the Hotel Bothwell. The reception was at the Sedalia Country Club.

The bride, a 1999 graduate of Sacred Heart High School, received a bachelor of science degree in agri-business management from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2003. She is the assistant director of sales and marketing for Kansas City Southern Railroad.

The groom, a 2000 graduate of Carrollton High School, received a bachelor of arts degree in marketing and management from Columbia College in 2004. He is a senior manager of yield management for Kansas City Southern Railroad.

The couple honeymooned in St. Lucia. They live in Kansas City.
