Arrests
Nov. 10
3 p.m.: Michael A. Painter, 19, of Warsaw, at Wal-Mart on a charge of shoplifting.
5:14 p.m.: Amber C. Phillips, 18, of the 2500 block of Wing Avenue, at Wal-Mart on a charge of shoplifting.
Incidents
Nov. 8
11 p.m.: A brown and white hound dog named Smokie was stolen from a backyard in the 800 block of West 16th Street.
Nov. 9
6:30 p.m.: A computer bag containing a Sony laptop was lost or stolen from Wal-Mart.
Nov. 10
2:10 p.m.: A woman was attacked by a pit bull while in the backyard of a friend’s home in the 1200 block of East Fourth Street.
11:48 p.m.: A vehicle was stolen from the 700 block of South State Fair Boulevard and later found near West 10th Street and State Fair Boulevard.
Nov. 11
1:05 a.m.: A windshield was broken while the vehicle was parked in the 600 block of Wilkerson Street.

Arrests
Nov. 10
4 a.m.: Glen M. Naylor, of Sedalia, at U.S. Highway 50 and state Route M on a charge of driving with a suspended license and an outstanding Sedalia municipal warrant for failure to appear.
Incidents
Nov. 10
6 a.m.: A mailbox and fence were damaged on the 23000 block of Oak Grove Road.
6:30 p.m.: Items were stolen from a home on the 5100 block of South Limit Avenue.
