3:06 a.m.: Dale Lee Turley, 41, of Flint Street, at East Broadway Boulevard and South Mildred Avenue on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
8:52 p.m.: Robert Leroy Lynch, 35, of the 100 block of South Park Avenue at his home on a charge of second-degree domestic assault.
