Nov. 16
3:06 a.m.: Dale Lee Turley, 41, of Flint Street, at East Broadway Boulevard and South Mildred Avenue on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
8:52 p.m.: Robert Leroy Lynch, 35, of the 100 block of South Park Avenue at his home on a charge of second-degree domestic assault.

8 p.m.: A vehicle parked in the 2900 block of West Broadway Boulevard was struck by another vehicle and the driver left.
Nov. 14
11 a.m.: A trailer was stolen from South New York Avenue and East 24th Street.
Nov. 16
11:03 a.m.: A 20-year-old woman reported she was raped several months ago by three suspects near West Main Street and Dundee Avenue.
1:53 p.m.: Property was stolen from the 1800 block of South Ingram Avenue.
