Nov. 18
11:38 p.m.: A laptop computer was stolen during a break-in in the 400 block of East Sixth Street.
12:56 p.m.: An officer investigated a case of possible animal neglect in the 2300 block of East 12th Street, where he found two dogs on short chains. The dogs were confined to an area in the mud or their own feces. Photos were taken and the case was referred to an animal control officer.

Nov. 16
3:23 a.m.: Michael E. Schouten, of La Monte, at state Route H and McCurdy Lane on a charge of driving with a revoked license.
Nov. 17
10:53 p.m.: James L. Poole, of South Montgomery Avenue, at West Broadway Boulevard and South Harrison Avenue on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a revoked license.
10:53 p.m.: Perry L. Coleman, of South Montgomery Avenue, at West Broadway Boulevard and South Harrison Avenue on a charge of being a visibly intoxicated minor.

4:35 p.m.: A person was reported trespassing at the Union Pacific Railroad Crossing at Harving Avenue and East Ninth Street.
