June 23 Police Reports
Comments 0 | Recommend 0•Heriberto Aguilar-Ubaldo, 19, of the 700 block of South Summit Avenue, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of Thompson Boulevard on charges of minor in possession of alcohol, open container violation and driving with a revoked license, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.
•Tony A. Martinez, 48, of the 1800 block of East Sixth Street, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. Sunday at his home on a charge of assault, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.
•Zachary E. Smasal, 19, of Smasal Road; Joshua D. Sleeper, 19, of Eagle Drive; and Gregory Allen Wyrick Jr., 17, of Cole Camp, were arrested at 12:09 a.m. Sunday West 16th Street and South Limit Avenue each on a charge of minor in possession of alcohol, according to Sedalia Police Department reports. Smasal was also charged with driving without a license, reports stated.
Property Damage
•Jennifer Whitesell, of Sedalia, reported Sunday her father’s yard at 1600 S. Prospect Avenue was driven through, damaging the yard and sidewalk, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.
•William Martin, of 1405 W. 15th St., reported Sunday his vehicle was scratched while it was parked on the south side of 15th Street across from his home, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.
•Darlene R. Greely, of 1416 S. Kentucky Ave., reported Sunday her vehicle tire was punctured while it was parked at her home, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.
Leaving Scene of Accident
Sarah Priesendorf, of Sedalia, reported just after 4 p.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of Clarendon Road, a vehicle veered into her lane as she was driving, and she had to swerve off the road to avoid a crash, according to Sedalia Police Department reports. Her vehicle struck a metal sign post, and the driver of the other vehicle left, reports stated.
Elderly Abuse
A 63-year-old Sedalia man reported Sunday he is being abused by a caretaker, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.
