Boyer-Powell wedding

Melinda June Boyer and Ronald Lee Powell Jr., both of Warsaw, were married at 2 p.m. Nov. 1 at the home of Pauline Rehmer, great-grandmother of the bride, in Sedalia.

The bride is the daughter of Kenneth and Jody Boyer, of Lincoln. The groom is the son of Ronald and Francine Powell, of Warsaw.

The Rev. Van Mellen conducted the ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Holly Boyer, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Melissa Baumli was a bridesmaid. Madison Powell, daughter of the groom, was the flower girl.

Jason Powell, brother of the groom, was the best man. Joseph Powell, brother of the groom, was a groomsman. Zachery Powell, son of the groom, was the ring bearer.

The reception was at the home of Pauline Rehmer.

The bride, a 2006 graduate of Warsaw High School, is working toward a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice at ITT Technical Institute in Kansas City. She plans to graduate in 2011.

The groom is a concrete finisher for Associated Concrete Services in Warsaw.

The couple live in Warsaw.
